Elimination Diet: Day 19, Sampling Nature's Bun

Today was an exciting day because we tried something very different! One thing that has been really fun about this whole experience is trying different foods and getting so much variety in veggies. For lunch, we had a mixture of brown rice, black beans, sweet potato and avocado rolled up in nature's bun, a collard green wrap. We blanched the collard leaves in boiling water for about a minute to make them pliable. It was so delicious! We will definitely have these again and soon!


The black beans were our reintroduced food for the day and they seemed to be fine. We also had them on a salad for dinner. We finished off the almond truffles too! They are one of my new favorite desserts!
