The day began with a hopeful breakfast…the usual with the addition of walnuts. It tasted so wonderful! By mid-morning we had green smoothies to sip on throughout the day. I was still feeling a little sluggish, so we skipped nuts for the remainder of the day. Lunch consisted of a big salad with leftover veggies from the night before. It was very delicious and nourishing.
We had a busy afternoon of running errands, so dinner was another big salad with cinnamon sweet potatoes. A great way to end the day!
I plan to play it by ear for the next couple of days depending on how my digestion is going. I’m praying for no symptoms to return…I do love to eat nuts!
